My stay at this hotel was quite the experience. Upon arrival, I found my room to be windowless, which felt claustrophobic and disappointing at ÂŁ200 a night. After a frustrating first night, I was moved to a slightly better room the next day, but it still didn't match the expectations set during booking. Although the location was decent and I enjoyed some aspects of service, the overall experience was marred by the inadequate facilities and poor communication from staff.
