the location was indeed great. it allowed easy access to many attractions without being in the middle of the tourist rush. the staff members were attentive and ensured a seamless stay, i appreciated this service. the cleanliness throughout the building was evident, a testament to the staff's dedication.
i did notice that soundproofing could use some improvement, but it wasn't a significant issue.

the location is great! restaurants and bars were an easy walk, paddington station was only ten minutes away on foot. staff were helpful and approachable. i always had fresh towels and a clean room.
a deposit was requested upon arrival. it was returned, but the initial request felt a little odd.

i found the location very convenient, with easy access to underground stations. the room was nice and neat, which i appreciated after long days exploring. i was also pleased that the staff were friendly and always willing to assist with directions and recommendations.
the breakfast selection was basic. and not very varied.
